Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
A 5-foot-diameter sphere of water appears in an unoccupied space of your choice within range and lasts for the duration. Any creature that ends its turn within the sphere must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature cannot breath or speak (or cast spells with verbal components) and has 1 round per Constitution bonus (min. 1) before she drops to 0 hps and is dying. On a successful save, they are either holding breath (1 minute per Con bonus minimum 30 seconds, 5 rds) or they move to a free adjacent space.
As a bonus action, you can move the sphere up to 30 feet. If you ram the sphere into a creature, it soaks them and may cause spell casters to make a concentration check (DC10)..
When you move the sphere, you can direct it over barriers up to 5 feet tall and jump it across pits up to 10 feet wide. The sphere extinguishes non-magic flames not being worn or carried, and suspends magical flames in its area while it is there.
