Touching a willing (or incapacitated) creature, you draw forth and encourage the body’s healing energies. You must maintain contact until the end of that creature’s next turn (while you do so, you are both restrained). On the target’s next action she can use one of her Hit Dice to recover if she has one. This takes the place of a Death Save if the target is at Zero hit points. If at any point the spell is interrupted (for example the target moves, or uses its action for anything else (attack, spell-casting, etc), takes damage, or the caster loses concentration) the spell fails.
A person can benefit from the spell once per rest.
